Openings on NFVA Board of Directors

The NFVA board of directors seeks candidates for two officer positions—President and Secretary—that will become open this fall. The candidates for both positions will be asked to serve at least a single term of two years beginning October 1, 2025, and ending September 30, 2027.

Presidential duties include but are not limited to:

-Preside over all meetings of the association and of the Board of Directors.

-Serve as a member ex officio of every committee except the Nominating Committee. All documents made or accepted or executed by the association shall be signed by the President or a designated representative. 

-Give an annual report of the state of the association at the annual meeting.

Secretarial duties include but are not limited to:

-Keep the records of all monthly meetings of the association and of the Board of Directors. These minutes are to be read at the next meeting, or otherwise distributed prior to or at the next meeting.
