Membership/Pay Dues

Thank you for being a part of NFVA!

Dues may be paid via the following methods:

• By mail to Post Office Box 762, North Falmouth, MA 02556. Please print, fill out and mail the renewal form.

• By credit card using the form below to pay your dues online via our PayPal account. You do not need to be a member of PayPal to pay with a credit card.

Business Members: After submitting the form and paying your annual dues,  please e-mail a digital logo or business card, along with your business type (e.g., the products/services you offer) and contact information, to nfvillageassociation@gmail.com.
